Cryptolize Terms of Use

The following are terms of a legal agreement between You and Witalize Ltd. ("Witalize"). By accessing, browsing and/or using the cryptolize.com web site or corresponding web services (collectively, the "Site"), You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If You do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

Witalize may at any time revise these terms by updating this posting. By using the Site, You agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms to which You are bound. License to Use the Site

Witalize grants you restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site in accordance with these terms and any plan you have subscribed for. In order to use the Site for commercial purposes - like communication with your business partners and clients - following a short trial you must subscribe for a plan permitting commercial use.

You must be at least 13 years of age in order to use this site.

You may not use the Site in a way that could damage its content or impair its nominal operation in any way.

You agree not to use any facilities or resources available on or through the Site:

to store, transmit or make available any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offense or violate any law;

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content including, but not limited to, articles, other text, product and services names and descriptions, software tools and utilities, photographs, illustrations, graphics, designs, logos (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Intellectual Property is owned by Witalize or the party credited as owner of the Intellectual Property. All software used on the Site is the property of Witalize or corresponding software suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

By providing information on the Site, Witalize does not grant any licenses to any copyrights, patents or any other intellectual property rights.

The copying, modification, revision, reproduction, republication, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution of any material or element from the Site including, but not limited to, the Site content, the Site software, the design or layout of the Site, individual elements of the Site design, or any logo or image without the express written permission of Witalize, is strictly prohibited.

Linking to the Site is permitted under the following conditions. If You link to the Site, You may not portray any person, event or subject in a false or misleading light. All links to any web page in the Site network shall only be through a separate browser window or a tab, with the URL address of the Site web page and its title clearly visible in the address.

User Submissions

By sending Witalize or the Site any information, material or communication (User Submissions) or posting User Submissions anywhere on the Site for public access, You grant Witalize a worldwide, unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, copy, reproduce, display, perform, modify, prepare derivative works of, translate, transmit and distribute those User Submissions, and You also agree that Witalize is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques included in User Submissions for any purpose.

User Content

User Content means any information, material or communication that You send to other users or store for your own purposes using the Site services. You retain all right, title and interest, including, without limitation, all patent rights, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, in and to the User Content and any portion thereof.

Site Modifications and Availability

Witalize reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site and its services for all users or any group of users, at any time, for any reason or no reason - with or without notice.

Return and Refund Policy

If you purchased any products on our site and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

The contents or availability of any website that is accessed from or linked to any part of the Site
The content of any third party Web site or service that is automatically retrieved and displayed on the Cryptolize Web site
Any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure
